This level has hard difficulty and you need to use special candy trick to break the chocolates. For this level you should try to play from bottom as much as you can to break the chocolates. Try to make wrapped candy combos like combine colorbomb, striped or fish candy with wrapped candy to break more chocolates. After play near to remaining chocolates to break all 25 to reach the target.
