When are you going to sort moves out im getting short in every game always between 15 to 20 short per game

My game is totally different from requirements again. I have 134 jellies and only 22 moves. Requirements is only 61 jellies with 40 moves. So I have 73 jellies more than requirements and 18 less?????? Serious help please ????
