This level has hard difficulty. For this level try to play from middle part of the board and make special candy. Combine them with each other or play near to ingredients to move them and take them out from the board.
I stopped playing this game for a little while because my boards were never like yours, I never had the same amount of moves. Decided to try again, and nothing has been fixed as of yet. You have 14 moves, I have 12. Even with 14 moves this level would be impossible. Guess I will go back to my Pokémon and Jurassic game
