Requirement:

  • Collect all the orders, bring dawn all ingredients  and reach 39,400 points to complete the level.
  • You have only 30 Moves.
  • Order = 40 Gumball Machine
  • Order = 54 Multilayered Icing
  • 3 ingredients

Level 15628 guide and cheats:

This level has medium difficulty. For this level try to play from bottom to shuffle the candies as it will help to get more special candy. Play with wrapped candy and use more striped candy to break more blockers and to move the ingredients.
