Level 12861 guide and cheats:
This level has hard difficulty. For this level try to play from bottom and make special candy. Use more striped candy or play near to ingredients. Or combine striped candy with other special candy to break the sugar coat.
This level does not provide enough licorice to complete this level. I noticed that the this does not include all the bonuses that are in your example. Namely, the colored ball that would give one enough licorice.
This level as 10 more moves and start with bombs stripe and jelly square
