This level has medium difficulty. For this level try to play more from the bottom of the table to break the blockers and grills. Make special candy as you get the chance. As you will play from the bottom candies will shuffle everywhere and will give chance to make special candy. Combine special candies with each other to break more blockers to find the pufflers.
