This level has medium difficulty. For this level try to play more from bottom part of the board and make special candy as you get the chance. For this level try to play more from bottom part of the board to shuffle the candies. Make special candy as you get the chance and combine them with each other to spread more jellies. Or play near to jellies to spread them to near candies.
Candy Crush Jelly level 251. My game only has 16 moves and there is NO jelly under the cupcakes at the bottom corners!!
I appreciate your videos, but it seems like every level that I look up now on your site had the same info, “medium difficulty, play from the bottom, combine special candies…”
When I play this level it is actually listed as a hard level, and as was previously pointed out, there’s only 16 moves now, and the only jelly is under the blue squares wrapped in the middle section, that can only be unwrapped by being hit by three fish….

All the tippers say go after one maybe two nets. But hoax can only break the net with fishes and they go after whichever one they want.
