Requirement:

  • Dip the biscuit in Chocolate
  • You have only 28 moves.
  • 8 Chocolate

Friends Level 1280 guide and cheats:

 
This level has hard difficulty. For this level try to play from top part of the board and make special candy. Combine them with each other and use more striped candy to break the chocolates.
