• You have only 28 moves.
• Order = 50 red candy
• Order = 50 blue candy
• Order = 50 orange candy

This level is normal and you need to break specific candies with balancing the Odus owl. You need to play more from bottom and try to make stripe candy or make other special candy then break with any candy while balancing the Odus owl or wait till owl disappear. As you could balance the Owl with playing special candy you can easily reach the requirement.
