This level has medium difficulty. For this level try to play near to icing blockers and make special candy. Combine them with each other to break more blockers that are around the corner.
I have a requirement for 5 jacketed candy color bombs, which take more hits than your 5-popcorn requirement. AND, I have have a 48 peppermint requirement, which take more hits than your 48-icing reqirement. AGAIN, I don’t even come close to completing this level. I have 15 moves to clear 5 jacketed color bombs which takes more hits than your popcorn. I have 58 rainbow twist ropes which are blocked by sugar panes and 48 triple peppermints which takes more hits than your icings.
This is impossible with only 15 moves. I already lost gold race and treat train this is BS
